Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department.
• Support performance and development for the designated team to encourage professional growth.
• Provide timely feedback about performance to associates and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, security and safety guidelines.
• Promote sales and act as Leader On Duty (LOD) as needed.
• Communicate regularly to review business results and customer feedback.
• Ensure gracious, quick, and efficient service to all customers.
