Chick-fil-A is seeking Kitchen Team Leaders to assist the management team with shift management and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will supervise stations, open or close the restaurant in the absence of a manager, and follow opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily food service operations, ensuring recipe and ticket accuracy, weight/measure precision, and maintaining quality, safety, and cleaning standards while guiding and communicating with team

Responsabilidades

• Oversees the daily operation of food service staff.
• Ensures that Team Members follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders.
• Ensures that Team Members are extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items.
• Ensures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant’s established speed of service guidelines.
• Monitor quality of products and services produced
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Ensures that workstations are clean at all times.
• Maintain health standards for raw and finished products
• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
• Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
• Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
