Chipotle Mexican Grill in Dayton, OH is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while ensuring the food is delicious and safe. You’ll order food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders.

The Kitchen Leader role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and a great customer experience, with opportunities to advance and grow within the company.

Formación

• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.
• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsabilidades

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers.
• Keep kitchen clean and sanitized; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Document MSDS and manage FIFO inventory.
