Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top-notch food quality and service for customers in Wilmington. You’ll lead team members through opening, prep, and closing duties, coordinate with the chef leadership team, and manage stock, orders, safety, and costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by local health departments.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team in service, opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering and supplies.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor costs and ensure budgets are followed.
• Ensure all equipment is used safely and kept in good order.
• Conduct briefings with front and back-of-house staff pre- and post-service.
