You will partner with chefs to maintain inventory and seasonal standards while guiding staff with training and performance feedback. The ideal candidate has prior kitchen management experience, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in kitchen management preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
• Experience in leading and mentoring kitchen staff.
