Hard Rock Casino Tejon is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead and maintain smooth kitchen operations across shifts. You will work with the cafe management team to train and coach BOH staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, specs and procedures.

The role focuses on opening/closing duties, labor management, cost control, quality assurance, and staff development to uphold Hard Rock food quality and service standards.

Competenze

• Experience in kitchen supervision preferred.

Mansioni

• Open and close the kitchen.
• Oversee labor for cost-effective cafe operation.
• Monitor food cost to meet goals.
• Inspect equipment and conduct routine maintenance checks.
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed before shift end.
• Inspect and taste food for freshness, flavor, and temperature.
• Train and coach staff to meet food quality and service standards.
• Train new staff according to company training standards.
• Perform shift expo duties to ensure proper preparation and timely service.
• Prepare recipes to ensure product quality.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and guests, following safety measures.
