Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Kitchen Manager to keep budget within limits and improve operations.
• Inform General Manager/Kitchen Manager about problems and propose solutions.
• Maintain a clean and safe facility.
• Monitor food temperatures to reduce the risk of foodborne illness.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment and supplies.
• Complete kitchen walk-throughs and temperature checks.
• Assist in ordering food, produce, liquor, and supplies.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and stock items.
• Perform and assist in all kitchen operations.
