Call Your Mother is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead a dynamic kitchen team at our Rittenhouse location in Philadelphia. You will supervise, train, and motivate cooks and prep staff, ensuring a fast, efficient, and high-quality operation from open to close.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading kitchen teams or in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor kitchen staff.
• Strong focus on speed, quality, and clean, organized stations.

Responsibilities

• Train new kitchen staff and continuously re-train all kitchen staff to maintain standards.
• Partner with General Manager to hold kitchen team accountable for punctuality, behavior, and performance.
• Lead a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen from open to close.
• Maintain equipment with weekly deep cleanings.
• Build sandwiches that guests can’t wait to eat.
• Prep ingredients and set up stations for a smooth service.
• Follow recipes and standards for consistent quality.
• Keep ticket times fast without sacrificing quality.
• Keep the kitchen stocked and ready for the rush.
• Adapt to menu changes and coach the team to improve.
• Pitch in wherever teammates need you most.
