Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, WI is hiring part-time Restaurant Supervisors for 1919 Kitchen and Tap. You will lead floor teams, ensure timely breaks, train staff, and uphold alcohol service policies in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years front-of-house experience in high-volume restaurant environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with credit card processing is required.
• Experience using computerized POS systems; MICROS POS preferred.
• Ability to obtain a City of Green Bay alcohol license within 60 days of start date.
• Knowledge of bar operations and standard drink recipes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises floor associates and ensures breaks occur in a timely manner.
• Trains new and existing team members under management.
• Enforces alcohol service policies and ensures compliance.
• Ensures accurate and timely food and beverage orders.
• Maintains setup, service, and sanitation of assigned area.
• Engages with guests to ensure satisfaction and communicates opportunities to management.
• Resolves issues with staff, guests, and operations with management support.
• Performs opening and closing procedures and checks paperwork.
• Completes daily POS reports and supports inventory control.
