Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience as a line cook with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for a fast-paced kitchen.
• Detail-oriented with good math and portioning abilities.
• Ability to supervise and maintain food quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation meets quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers; ensure equipment works.
• Oversee breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food.
• Handle opening, closing and side work duties.
• Help maintain food costs within parameters set by culinary leadership.
• Collaborate with team and managers to satisfy guests.
