Rebel Hotel Company is seeking an experienced Cook III to supervise the preparation of all food for the hotel’s dining outlets, room service, and banquet events. The role emphasizes adherence to high quality and safety standards, staff supervision, and cross-functional collaboration with food service teams.

The position requires extensive kitchen experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to maintaining brand recipes and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in progressive kitchen roles, or 2 years with a culinary degree.
• Food handlers certification required per state.
• Ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to evaluate and select among actions quickly.
• Works well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Shows initiative in job performance and anticipates needs.
• Maintains sanitation and organizational standards in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of all food for Restaurant/Dining Outlet, Cafe, Room Service and Banquets.
• Supervise kitchen line during service and support any position in need of help.
• Ensure recipes are followed and sanitation schedules are maintained.
• Train staff and enforce safety policies and brand standards.
• Assist with banquet events and employee cafeteria preparation as required.
