Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to prepare high quality food.
• Prepare ingredients and stations for cooking process.
• Cut or slice cheese, meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist other kitchen staff and complete sidework.
