Responsibilities

• Slice cheese, meat, poultry and seafood as needed.
• Wash, peel, and cut fruits/vegetables for cooking or serving.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Stock kitchen supplies and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Coordinate food orders to support timely delivery to tables.
