Lucy’s is seeking a Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor in Auburn, AL. In this role, you will own a kitchen station, lead line cooks, and ensure each dish meets Lucy’s standards of quality, creativity, and hospitality.

You will collaborate with senior chefs to maintain consistent service, uphold food safety, and drive a positive, high-energy kitchen culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a culinary leadership role (Chef de Partie, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor).
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and preparation techniques.
• Ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent communication and organizational leadership abilities.
• Manager-level food handling certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physical endurance for a hands-on, high-energy kitchen role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise line cooks while keeping operations smooth and efficient.
• Execute menu items with precision, passion, and consistency.
• Maintain food quality and sanitation standards that exceed expectations.
• Ensure stations are fully prepped and ready for high-volume service.
• Monitor food safety practices, maintain temperature logs, and enforce health codes.
• Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef on production needs, specials, and events.
