Come and join our team at this 605-room convention center hotel in downtown Oklahoma City, located next to the Paycom Center (OKC Thunder), the Oklahoma Convention Center, and across from the 70-acre Scissortail Park.

The property includes dining outlets, a spa, fitness center, rooftop pool and bar, and extensive meeting space.

Job Description
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for the efficient running of the kitchen and food production, ensuring cost control and adherence to standards and policies, in coordination with the Executive Steward and management team.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in budgeting, controlling costs, and reporting variances.
  2. Ensure guest satisfaction through smooth daily operations.
  3. Create recipes and production methods.
  4. Maintain standards for purchasing, receiving, and food quality.
  5. Inspect food service sections and equipment regularly.
  6. Manage food production staff scheduling, training, and performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years culinary experience in a hotel or restaurant, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven culinary skills, leadership, and staff development abilities.
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety policies, and high-pressure work environments.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
