Job summary

Makeready Llc in Dallas, TX is seeking a dedicated Stewarding teammate for a full-time role in our kitchen. The position focuses on keeping equipment and facilities sanitized, organized, and ready for service.

• Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots, delicate china)
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment accordingly
• Ensure there are enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours
• Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any issues
• Ability to maintain multiple projects and high priority needs as required

This individual is a crucial part of the kitchen. This person knows that a successful culinary experience can only be created with sanitized and well-maintained equipment and facilities. Their primary role is to maintain a clean kitchen, properly organize the restaurant and back of house area, and assists with the preparation of food as need.

Requested Tasks

• Load and unload dishwashing machines
