Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Our Standard Store Hours are from 5 am to 11 pm. Due to the nature of our business, some Evening, Weekend and Holiday hours may be needed along with availability to work 40 to 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience that supports our vision to become fast and casual "to go" with world class convenience.
• Support the Kitchen Manager and Store Manager in the execution of the entire kitchen's operations.
• Train team members and cross-train in retail and food service operations as needed.
• Adhere to all Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and organized environment for guests.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Highly effective written and oral communication skills required.
• Exceptional customer service, superior relationship building, and strong leadership skills required.
• 1 year of leadership experience required, preferably in a retail, QSR, or convenience store environment.
