We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Kitchen Supervisor to enhance our fun, fast-paced theatre environment by providing an excellent dining experience for our guests.

A successful candidate will oversee and ensure proper standards of cleanliness and order, prepare food items for banquet and restaurant use, and train, supervise, and support hot/cold food production to maintain high operational standards of quality and care.

Your Future Responsibilities as a Member of our Team:

1. Oversee and supervise daily line operation.
2. Prepare all food items for banquet and restaurant use according to standard recipes.
3. Visually inspect and sample all food for proper taste, color, and presentation to maintain appeal.
4. Schedule staff according to daily needs, banquet functions, theatre show times, and weekly forecasts.
5. Supervise staff including training, counseling, and discipline.
6. Ensure proper ordering, receiving, and storage of all food items to maintain freshness.
7. Perform daily duties and special projects.
8. Order food for upcoming days.
9. Rotate food products to minimize spoilage and waste.
10. Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized.
11. Perform other duties as required, such as special orders and food orders by ticket.
12. Maintain banquet event orders and food delivery requests per guidelines.
13. Adhere to attendance policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of supervisory or management experience in a similar-sized operation.
• 2-3 years as a lead cook prior to management role.
• Thorough knowledge of food preparation.
• Good understanding of safety and sanitation standards.
• Extensive experience with slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors.
• Basic math skills for recipes, measurements, and portioning.
