Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Florida is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily operations in a high-volume restaurant. You will lead shifts, set the tone for the team, train new hires, and model exceptional service while maintaining a friendly, fast-paced environment.

You’ll open or close, handle guest needs with respect, communicate clearly, and collaborate with teammates to deliver a consistent, guest-first experience. Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
