Hundredfold American Brasserie in Elmont, NY is hiring a full-time or part-time Porter to handle receiving, stocking, and storage of front- and back-of-house supplies. You may cover other kitchen tasks as needed to support the team and operations.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required to handle costs and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail for receiving, stock, and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deliveries; inspect products for quality and condition.
• Receive, open, unpack, and stock new restaurant supplies.
• Maintain receiving log and track deliveries/missing items.
• Take inventory to identify items to reorder or replenish.
• Clean and maintain storage and delivery areas and keep equipment in good repair.
