Delaware North’s Patina Group at Hudson Yards in New York, NY is hiring a full-time Porter to receive, maintain, and store front and back-of-house restaurant supplies. You will step into other kitchen roles as needed to support the team’s success.

Qualifications

• One to three months of stock clerk/steward or related experience preferred.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
• No diploma or specific experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deliveries and inspect products for quality and temperature.
• Receive, unpack and stock supplies to shelves and service areas.
• Maintain receiving log and track deliveries and missing items.
• Take inventory to identify items to reorder or replenish.
• Keep storage and delivery areas clean and in good repair.
