Responsibilities

• Cleans grills, range hoods, floors, and walk-ins to standard.
• Cleans dishwashing areas; rinses dishware before machine.
• Follows Health & Safety standards per government guidelines.
• Washes hands at contamination points and maintains hygiene.
• Cleans and maintains dishwashers and related equipment.
• Empties trash and keeps kitchen organized and safe.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
