The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, follow safety procedures, obtain a Kentucky Racing License, and be at least 21 years old; prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Must obtain KY Racing License.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work in kitchen environments with cleaning chemicals.
• Follow safety procedures and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares ovens, sinks and other dirty restaurant equipment for cleaning.
• Uses ice, water and cleaning solvent for cleaning.
• Washes and scrubs kitchen floors; cleans food scraps from kitchen areas.
• Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures.
• Asks supervisor or other employees for help when needed.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, and perform other routine physical activities.
• Must meet company appearance standards.
• Ability to work with cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Other duties as assigned by management
