Qualifications

• Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts for business needs.
• Interpret and follow written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions.
• Resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic, tactful manner.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual to pre-shift meetings with a positive attitude.
• Provide world-class hospitality and live company values.
• Comply with Food Service Sanitation, OSHA, and Hazcom standards.
• Pass the Food Service Sanitation course and follow safe food handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; operate dish machine and daily kitchen duties.
• Update daily management systems with checklists and roadmaps.
