Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas and equipment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.
• Sweeps and mops floors to ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces as assigned.
• Washes dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other equipment.
• Operates dishwashing machinery and handles supplies safely.
• Assists with loading, unloading and delivering supplies and products.
• Performs banquet table and front‑of‑house setup as requested.
