Job summary

Levy Sector is seeking a Steward to maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean, orderly condition across our stadium operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Key duties include sweeping and mopping floors to safety standards, operating dishwashers, sanitizers and related machines, washing surfaces and utensils, transferring supplies, and assisting with banquet setup and front-of-house tasks as needed.

Adherence to sanitation and safety requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean, orderly condition.
• Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks and all other food prep surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors at appropriate intervals to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Operates large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks and all other food prep surfaces as assigned.
• Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
• Transports supplies and equipment between storage and work areas observing safe lifting standards.
