Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a dedicated steward to support kitchen operations at the Atlanta location. You will perform sanitation, warewashing, and general stewarding tasks to maintain clean, organized, and food-safe spaces in stadium or back-of-house areas.

You'll work with culinary and operations teams, follow Levy and client health standards, and adapt to high-volume events, nights, weekends, and holidays while committing to safety and sanitation requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended event hours.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and commitment to safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean, sanitary, and organized kitchens, dish rooms, storage areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and sanitize floors and food contact surfaces using approved chemicals and equipment.
• Operates commercial dish machines, floor scrubbers, pressure washers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and other stewarding equipment safely.
• Washes, rinses, sanitizes, and stores dishes, pots, pans, utensils, kitchen tools, and food preparation equipment.
• Collects, transports, and disposes of trash, recycling, grease, glass, and compost in accordance with safety and sustainability standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes waste receptacles, dish rooms, utility areas, drains, and stewarding equipment.
• Delivers clean wares, supplies, chemicals, and equipment throughout the stadium as needed.
• Performs other stewarding and operational duties as assigned.
