Job summary

Fantasy Springs Resort is seeking a Kitchen Steward responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction through food cleanliness and kitchen sanitation. The position involves following company policies, assisting supervisors, and engaging in deep cleaning tasks across the kitchen.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong sanitation knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while managing kitchen cleanliness. A Sanitation/Food Handlers certificate is required, along with the ability to work the graveyard shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment cleaning.
• Ability to lift and transport materials up to 50 lbs.
