Job summary

Chicken-Ranch-Casino is seeking a Steward to support the Food and Beverage team by cleaning kitchen areas, washing dishes, and maintaining sanitation standards. You will help with deliveries, event support, and stock management while collaborating with team members to deliver a positive guest experience.

The role requires 18+ years of age and preference for at least one year of dishwashing experience; knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred 1+ year of dishwashing experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and devices/machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of kitchen areas, floors, mats, and equipment.
• Wash, sort, stack, load, and unload dishes and utensils.
• Assist with delivery orders and organize storage areas.
• Ensure floors are dry and clean; manage mats and trash.
• Support catering and special events as requested.
• Sanitize and maintain general kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist Prep Cooks as necessary.
• Perform deep cleaning of stoves and appliances.
