Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, full-service culinary environment.
• Basic awareness of food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pristine dish station and sanitation across kitchen areas.
• Clean all plateware, glassware, silverware, cookware and utensils thoroughly.
• Support daily food prep, inventory organization and other cleaning duties as needed.
