Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, full-service culinary environment
• Basic awareness of food safety standards
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service and kitchen responsibilities per local regulations
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pristine kitchen environment by upholding RH's sanitation and organization standards across the dish station and back-of-house areas
• Clean plateware, glassware, silverware, cookware, and utensils to support flawless service
• Build foundational knowledge of RH's menu items and ingredients to support kitchen operations
• Collaborate with team members and Leaders to assist with daily food prep and inventory organization as needed
