Job summary

The Los Angeles Athletic Club seeks a Stewards team member to maintain cleanliness and organization of dining items across outlets. You will be part of a fast-paced kitchen environment, arriving punctually in proper uniform and performing dishwashing tasks with care.

Responsibilities include washing and stacking ware, organizing the dish area, and assisting with food prep as needed, including support for other outlets as business dictates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in Food & Beverage or similar

Responsibilities

• Arrives to work on time in proper uniform and ready to work
• Follows proper daily dish cleaning duties as set forth in company policies
• Wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers
• Change dishwashing machine water and monitor chemical dilutions
• Assist in food prep and other duties as needed
• Support in other food & beverage outlets as business dictates
