Responsabilités

• Wash, sanitize, and stock all plates, glassware, utensils, pots, pans.
• Properly store and refill clean dishes and equipment.
• Sweep, mop floors, and clean walls and hoods per schedule.
• Deep-clean high-use appliances as needed.
• Sort and remove trash and recyclables; organize storage inventories.
• Supply clean items to cooks and front-of-house staff and report malfunctions.
