Job summary

Raleigh Durham Embassy Suites is seeking a part-time kitchen/dishwasher role in Cary, NC. You will clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, wash dishes, manage trash, and assist with setup for events to support the kitchen and event teams.

Qualifications

• No experience? We’ll train the right candidate.
• Food Safety Certification or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
