Qualifications

• Hold a valid Food Handler Card.
• Ability to operate a commercial dish machine.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 100 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled wares and run them through the dish machine.
• Wash all ware and replace in designated storage.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled with water per standards.
• Clean kettles, pots and pans promptly to support cooks.
• Adhere to safety, security, and company policies and reports hazards.
