You will help clean and sanitize dishware, pots, and pans, monitor dishwasher temperatures, and assist with handling deliveries and setup to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience or willingness to learn on the job.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing machine to clean and sanitize dishes, trays, silverware, glassware, pots, and pans.
• Scrape, separate, and organize items prior to washing.
• Monitor dish-machine temperatures and report issues promptly.
• Set up and use a three-compartment sink for cleaning and sanitizing pots and pans.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, including floors and trash removal.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food and supply deliveries.
• Follow food safety procedures and support dining area setup as needed.
