Responsibilities

• Operate dish machine and clean/sanitize pots, pans, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and food prep areas; sweep and mop floors.
• Collect and dispose of trash; store items properly; assist Chef or Kitchen Supervisor as needed.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation and grooming standards; perform additional duties as assigned.
