Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our Hilton Birmingham at UAB property. You will clean dishware, maintain spotless kitchen areas, and assist with general duties in a fast-paced restaurant and banquet environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift.

Responsibilities

• Wash all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and other items used in the restaurant, kitchen and banquet department.
• Break down all boxes, empty trash containers into the dumpster and clean all containers.
• Clean walls in the kitchen as appropriate; especially in dish room area. Clean floor mats, sweeps and mop entire kitchen floor daily.
• Ensure the dish machine is operating effectively and reading at the appropriate temperature.
• Assist with unloading and organizing shipments.
• Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management.
