Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Steward/Dishwasher to cover dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties across our facilities. The role includes washing pots, pans, glassware, and maintaining cleanliness in the dish area, with attention to safety and sanitation.

The position requires at least one year of prior work experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and food handling certifications where applicable. Training on health, OSHA, and department policies is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Maricopa Food Handler’s Card, required in some locations.
• ServSafe Certification preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and glassware using a 3-compartment sink or dish machine.
• Clean and mop kitchen floors, surfaces, and equipment.
• Sort, remove, and dispose of trash; maintain cleanliness in the dish area.
