Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is hiring a Dishwasher/Steward to ensure cleanliness of all kitchenware and work areas. You will support the culinary team, maintain sanitation standards, and assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without accommodations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Hotel experience is a plus; may have relevant hospitality exposure.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized dish pit.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and assist with basic food prep as needed.
• Report to Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.
• Support culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
