HVMG is seeking a Dishwasher/Steward to keep all kitchenware, equipment, and work areas clean and organized, supporting the culinary team and maintaining sanitation standards.

You will report to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef; a combination of education and experience is acceptable, and hotel experience is a plus. This role may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities across our nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• Hotel/ hospitality experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized dish pit and kitchen areas.
• Wash dishes and assist with basic food preparation.
• Report to Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.
