Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and supporting team operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year BOH experience in full-service restaurant preferred.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Visual ability to adjust focus as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensures smooth and steady kitchen operations by keeping dishwashing areas organized.
• Performs routine cleaning of the kitchen and assists with general cleaning tasks.
• Restocks kitchen and cooking line as needed throughout the shift.

Skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs

Manual dexterity to handle glassware and utensils

Ability to work in hot and cold environments

Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
