You will use menu knowledge to recommend dishes, take orders, handle payments, and support restaurant operations while maintaining food safety and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

• Uses food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations.
• Answers the phone in a prompt and professional manner.
• Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise, ensuring every opportunity to WOW our guests is fulfilled. Teamwork is essential and expected of all Outbackers.
• Accurately processes orders, accepts payment in a friendly and timely manner, anticipates guests needs while ensuring each order is complete and correct.
