The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a diligent Dishwasher to join our Back of House in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You will help maintain kitchen sanitation, safety, and organization, supporting a fast-paced team and guest experiences.

Formación

• Experience in restaurant or food service environment preferred.
• Familiarity with dishwashing operations and cleaning duties is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils using a commercial dishwasher and sinks.
• Pre-sort, soak, and rinse silverware to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Load and unload the dishwashing machine safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish areas and surrounding spaces.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks, including station setup and breakdown.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
