Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, kitchen, hospitality, or food service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dishwashing operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safe chemical handling.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils using commercial equipment.
• Pre-sort, soak, and rinse silverware for cleaning.
• Load and unload dishwashing machine safely.
• Work with speed, efficiency, and a sense of urgency.
• Support opening and closing tasks and station setup.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform janitorial tasks and trash removal.
• Communicate effectively as a team player.
