The Cheesecake Factory is hiring Dishwashers to join our high-volume, full-service kitchen. You will help maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in a fast-paced environment, supporting safe and efficient operations to ensure great guest experiences.

Formación

• Experience in restaurant, kitchen, hospitality, or food service preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety practices, and proper equipment use.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, adaptable, and dedicated with a strong work ethic.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, plates, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen tools using a commercial dishwasher.
• Pre-sort, soak, and rinse silverware and utensils for cleaning.
• Safely load and unload a dishwashing machine.
• Work with speed and accuracy, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks, station setup and breakdown, and basic janitorial duties.
