The Cheesecake Factory in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a dishwasher to support a high-volume kitchen. You will wash, rinse and sanitize dishes, help with station setup, and maintain sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dishwashing operations and cleaning duties.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes using a commercial dishwasher.
• Pre sort, soak, and rinse silverware and utensils.
• Safely load and unload the dishwashing machine.
• Work with speed and a sense of urgency.
• Support opening and closing tasks including station setup.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
• Complete utility tasks including trash removal and box breakdown.
• Perform janitorial duties including sweeping and mopping.
• Communicate effectively as a supportive team player.
• Be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude.
