The Cheesecake Factory is hiring a Dishwasher to join our high-volume kitchen team. You will help maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in a fast-paced setting, ensuring safe and efficient operations and excellent guest experiences.

Formación

• Prior restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dishwashing operations and cleaning duties is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, plates, glassware, cutlery, kitchen tools, pots, and pans.
• Pre sort, soak, and rinse silverware and utensils.
• Safely load and unload a dishwashing machine.
• Work with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Support opening and closing tasks, including station setup and breakdown.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
• Complete utility tasks including trash removal and box breakdown.
• Perform janitorial duties, including sweeping and mopping.
• Communicate effectively as a team player.
