Qualifications

• 1 year stewarding experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must obtain Illinois Gaming License.
• Must be able to work Weekends, Nights and Holidays.
• Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure cleanliness.
• Sweep, mop, and scrub kitchen floors.
• Keep workstation stocked, clean, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
