Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Marquette, IA is seeking a Steward to keep the kitchen running smoothly by washing and sanitizing cookware and ensuring all equipment is clean and properly stored.

You will also assist in receiving stock, move items to the correct storage areas, and keep the kitchen floors and workstations clean in a busy restaurant environment with varied temperatures, noise, and schedules that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and wash all kitchen equipment, pots, pans using the dishwasher as appropriate.
• Properly store all kitchen equipment.
• Deliver and properly store all stock from receiving department.
• Clean floors in the kitchen area and cookers.
